At Foto, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Foto account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
